Often times it is enough to understand the contribute while the word “psychoanalytic” can many times be confusing or misinterpreted, one of the main cornerstones of my practice is understanding unconscious processes and how they impact our daily lives, which, in essence, is an (extremely) brief summary of psychoanalytic intent.
Intensive Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy consists of 3 to 4 times per week 50-minute-long sessions, during which we really get to work much more in-depth and intensively than during once per week therapy model. Prior to starting Intensive Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, I offer 2 60-minute- long sessions during which we will determine if you are a good candidate for this type of treatment.

In my work with families, I will help family members explore and understand each other and their roles more sufficiently, explore attachment dynamics, establish clear communication lines, resolve conflict and find more adaptive ways to relate to each other.
